Shakky said Ray is 100x stronger than Supernova while Luffy says the Strawhats are 100x stronger than their Sabaody self.

The only common denominator in both statements is Luffy - being part of both the Supernova and SHs.

The idea that "admirals are holding back" is exaggerated.

Kizaru NEEDED to beat Sentoumaru ASAP. He didn't use acoc because he doesn't have it. His lasers can all easily be blocked. It's the same way.

Aramaki wanted to pierce Momo...but he didn't coat himself with acoc.

The admirals are either not truly top tier like the way the emperors are...or carried by their fruits.
