Yassop and Luck Roo sure laughed alongside Shanks but when Mihawk pulled out that bounty? They knew better than to rely on Shanks being able to take Mihawk "with one arm tied behind his back. They were showing Kizaru levels of speed when it came to grabbing their pistols!

"without our immunity..." Nothing would fucking change because they cant do shit to him. Just like neither Garp nor Sengoku stopped him from leaving in the Manga or Anime.
