I hope it gets a season 2, after that i won't mind.

I would like to see Zoro vs Mr. 1.

The giants of Little Garden.

Vivi casting.

Crocodile casting.

I would like to see them try to handle Chopper and Mr. 2 lol.

But i would be happy with a season 2. I think it's gonna be a good proof of work.

Also, i'm glad with a Live Action getting a bit more positive view from the general public, would be cool seeing other anime getting better Live Action adaptation tries.

Emily, Mackenyu, Jeff Ward and Steven Ward deserve to get more roles after this, here's hoping this show helps their careers.

I don't see the again as a problem. It can completely be incorporated in the story. The strawhat travelling for 1 year or 5 years doesn't really make a difference as long as it is done well.

maybe in the story, but the audience would be a pain in the ass

i can see a lot of people giving the series shit for having such "old people" playing the Straw Hats

if Season 2 gets greenlit, it's only gonna be released in like 2026 at this point

imagine trying to go even more after that

Spoiler ep 4.

I'm laughing so hard. Kuro is using Nuki Ashi and all he's doing is whispering in Luffy ear and not attacking him. Then Luffy punch him one time and then Kuro start attacking like a madman no brainer. How was he called? Kuro of the thousand plans.

I get it. This project was made by passionate fans, but passion doesn't always equal quality. JJ Abrams is a Star Wars fan, and we all see how that turned out... It's like people often say: "I'm glad Oda writes One Piece and not the fans". Fans aren't always right. Anyways... I'm going to watch another episode before this thread distracts me even further.

So just done with binging all the episodes.

Must say it was better then I expected, but my expectation where as low as they could be, so that helped.
Binks Sake during the flashback in episode 1 was a nice touch and Zoro calling Ussop full of shit was my favorite line.
But the acting was realy subpar, so where Luffy's devil fruit powers.
I did like they changed the story a bit and added Garp and some more Buggy.

So just don't go in with to high expectations and it could be enjoyable.
