But i feel like there was a wagon on Midnight based on Mech claim

then Dr. Watson started a push on my slot to divert the situation, followed by Midnight, and now he is pretty much defending any type of thing that tries to make Midnight look worse and trying anything possible to go for my wagon

which is fine, i haven't done anything this game lmao

but it does look almost too defensive of Midnight

The lynch being stopped was a form of pushback imo

I could be wrong and it could've been a town ability but there's a stronger motive to interfere with the lynch to bide time and create confusion, possibly used to cause doubt on people's reads of Pein if people weren't totally convinced the wagon interference was from scum.

However, it doesn't make sense to me why Town would interfere with Pein's wagon and fuck the one tool we have: our votes.

If they were confident in getting him lynched, there would be no need to target him. Scum commonly uses their faction kill on players they feel threatened by or pick up on role hints from the player. It's much harder for players like JG to be pushed compared to players like Mid.

From a logical standpoint it doesn't make sense considering how easy it is to wagon Mid and use a faction kill on him instead because his hints weren't picked up on or something.
From an illogical standpoint with a very slim chance of being the case they targeted Midnight with a faction kill and Joy protected him.

Another point I'm considering is I don't think Midnight would be her protect choice. We can *maybe* rule this out via ISOing her posts and collecting her reads and see who she felt comfortable enough to read as town.

my slot is a vanilla until green dies, there was no mech info at all, no night chat or anything like that

so anything he chose to read / say, came completely off of his own head

stuff that would stop an invest would be like a roleblock or something but in which case midnight's name should not have been included in pero's result bc the roleblock wouldve stopped the action from reaching midnight (i will say i disagree with names being included in any invest result bc it rules out the possibility of redirects/busdrives)
