If Chinjao, if a zero on paper like Yamato has CoC, I think would be strange if characters such as Fuji or Aokiji do not.
And since their general level, if they have CoC, they'll have the Advanced version too.

Kizaru's stock are also considerably higher after we saw (it was already obvious, but we saw) that he has principles and even flat-out said it in front of a Gorosei. He also fought his "niece" for said principles.
If Aramaki has a BB, he is also 100% sure.

But all in all, let's wait and see for Kizaru and Aramaki, but Akainu, Fuji and Aokiji are certain imho.
I think Aokiji even kind of showed it.

We've seen the Juubi actually going all out and the best Bijuu Dama was fired in near ocean whose shockwave reached the alliance. That's it. Also the Tenpenchii feat which is just country level at best.

Plus, "world ending" statements are usually taken with a grain of salt. After all, WB's power was also said to destroy the world and his earthquakes reached several islands when he shifted the tectonic plates.

No actually, we've never seen the Juubi going all out because there was no one in the alliance who could match even the V1 of it.

The Juubi is stated to have no control of it's powers and therefore he wastes so much power whenever doing little things, it can't focus things.

The panel you talk about isn't hearsay, Kurama quite literally has the Juubis memories as he's a piece of it.


Plus Hagoromo raised Kurama and told/showed him even more than what his fragmented self knew, so the information can't be discarded as simply hearsay.


The Sage knows his stuff more than anyone bar Black Zetsu himself.

That's the most blatant admission of defeat ever.


In Boruto the Juubi is still stated to be more powerful than all powers combined which is mad crazy.

Because the focus was Garp and Kizuan have the same style as his master, but even if he did not show it directly I think Oda showed that Kuzan has CoC.
In fact, you can see the same "dome effect" on the Galaxy punch over both Garp and Aokiji.

Also, Fuji hasn't a Rogia, but the gravity fuirt is one of the most broken of all.
