One piece is a shonen with very shonenisque tropes. So Luffy marrying Hancock at the end of the series is high possibility. It’s not that I want that, I ship Zolu, lmao. But these people really think Oda carefully pondered upon Luffy being Asexual, while it is more of a common shonen trope of Hero being more interested in his dreams. Oda even confirmed it in sbs by saying something along the lines of Luffy is interested in Boa but he is not being a simp.

I understand your point about shonen tropes. But Luffy is an exception. Dude is so retarded (when it comes to romance) and Oda is so consistent with his character, I just can't see him breaking it for a feel good cliche ending. As for Zolu, the Live Action was baiting y'all hard
