Thats some really good questions too, I have wondered similar things and also was considering to mention BBs fruit there too.
Aye, I was really angry and still am about how Oda handled the "explanation of devil fruits" especially after hyping it up like 15-16 years ago now or so and this is the shitty non explanation we got after all that time lol. A fucking theory as the canon answer, how truly ironic and meta. Although fitting for a scientist too sigh.
Theres no confirmation of multiple moons, but its speculated upon since that solar/planet model or w/e that Ohara had, I thought it implied multiple moons in the OP world too but its not confirmed yet either sadly nor denied either to be fair. I wouldnt be surprised if there's alternative timelines/dimensions and thus parallel universes, the Japanese tend to love putting those in some of their stories too at least (looks at Naruto, Zelda, Steins Gate, Zero Escape etc for example).
I love multiverse stories, so something like that for One Piece, even if its a successor series would make me very happy tbh. Like getting to explore what if scenarios, which I do constantly thanks to ChatGPT now too.
Yeah Im extremely worried about the power creep of the series and I worry Oda will eventually consider reverse/backwards time travel too. Tokis fruit is absolutely broken as it is, without even incorporating that. Also Kumas for example or the implied awakenings of the Logias or Luffys fruit now especially and so on.
I always suspected Blackbeard or Kizaru will achieve pure intangibility if not Shiryu with the awakening with the Suke Suke, so thats another great question too. Blackbeards main weakness is increased pain sensitivity/damage absorption or whatever so pure intangibility would be the perfect upgrade for him naturally. Absorbing himself into the darkness is BADASS I love that! I suspected his awakening would turn him into the void so to speak, pure nothingness or "dark matter" or w/e. I love the theory that his fruit is constantly nullified by being exposed to sunlight and what not and thus thats why he cant take a true logia form and thats why he needed the blanket to take WBs fruit, however he did that too.
Somehow he can nullify other DFs with his DF and steal DFs, as well as eating at least 2 DFs too, its absolutely INSANE and I cant believe this isnt being taken FAR more seriously and thus with more priority and urgency in the One Piece world!
