Base /G2/g3 never fought serious kaido
That's why Hybrid Kaido could match G5 later on
That's why Kaido only used fs vs G4 and won
(Kaido being weakened even)

So whatever g2/g3 against half-serious kaido means nothing much when Hybrid Kaido can fight g5 (which is 40x above g2/g3 )
