I saw the pictures now, and yes, Luffy is doing very well in this fight. He first pressured Kizaru in Snakeman, even holding back and possibly not using 2 types of advanced Haki. Then Kizaru had to make a long effort to get out of the island to land a blow on Base Luffy (who had exited Snakeman), and the damage from the attack seems minimal to Luffy. He had to crash into the barrier to appear devastated; before that, he was unscathed after exchanging numerous blows with Kizaru. And finally, he grabbed Kizaru and is now making him sweat; Kizaru was lucky that one of his arms is outside of Luffy's fist; otherwise, he would never get out of that.

Kizaru moves look really cool, it's gonna be a good fight animated

hopefully Luffy doesn't stay in Giant Form for too long though, that doesn't work well for cool fights

Her garbage mobility and FSlet ass is never tagging Kizaru, and her elemental homies that would be useful for AOE are useless against a light logia.

And all of them w/o CoC?

I'm one big admiral fan and I love Kiz, but that's some Block Mochi Katakuri type of feat, perhaps even inferior, cause Katakuri could block and dodge and even dance through a black mamba.
Call me unimpressed.
And granted Kizaru seemingly blocked with his knee cap I doubt Luffy was even using ID CoA.

I don't think it will continue. Read the parts outside the fight. The plot isn't just the fights. The fights are a means to an end.

Luffy ate up Kizaru's darn kick, which Kizaru made an effort to fly as far as he could to gain speed and ultimately be able to deliver that amount of Attack Power, only for Luffy to just complain about the barrier. LMAO! And it was a Base Luffy, considering that he appears in his basic form in the panel.
