How would this work in terms of flavour? I would expect Fire Nation to be main Mafia faction and some indies like Feng, Jet or Koh the Face Stealer.

Mafia Team could be for example Ozai, Azula, Zhao, Ty Lee, Mei.

That was about TAC voting Reloaded, right? Well, no, not really. Town has to keep talking so there's no risk at pushing people to talk. And even if Reloaded was scum and TAC was just really lucky, there's more material from scum to look at. Like, scum are the ones who are supposed to be scared.
