Okay I’m not going to comment on all 30 players that in depth. Ideally I would but this is easily the biggest non-mash game I’ve ever played and I’m running kind of short on time as it is. I’ll do my best to be more caught up on subsequent days.
I like what I’m seeing from Michelle. #1126 reads genuine to me and I have the same general mindset about day 1. I like #1112 as well especially since I tend to be in agreement about Reloaded and especially MUUGEN. Michelle can be town for today.
Charlie seems to be focused a lot about talking about inactives and whether or not they’re a proper lynch as well as the majority lynch mechanic (which I agree that plurality with majority possibility is just better in my experience) which doesn’t give me a great feeling about their willingness to solve. They are engaging people well however and I think their claim of Fire Nation was done in a way that’s generally towny, so I’ll say town lean.
I don’t see super proactive scum hunting from Nibel’s ISO, but I buy that they’re not used to forum mafia and thus give them a bit of a pass in this regard for now. I’m pretty much null right now on this slot.
I like the thought process from Pot Goblin on the inactive slots in #883 and #914. In general they seem to approaching the potential no lynch because of majority in a townie way. Strong town lean here.
I’m in general agreement with the thought from Pero in terms of Indies. I think Fuji is a better lynch today than someone completely random and likely better than an inactive. I don’t like how that seems to be their only main focus. I do find the “I’ll take this lynch” to come from town more often than scum. I think I’m willing to give this slot at least another day to find their bearings on scum reads.
Kweh’s recent posts seem quite towny to me. I think #1294 is a fine self-assessment and one of the reasons I think this slot is trying to solve. They’re giving a lot of good reads and are putting together a PoE that I can understand where they’re coming from. I think this is town.
I really disagree with Polar on Kweh and think it’s a bit of a weird read. Otherwise I think his thought process seems normal for him. I won’t vote this slot today and I trust myself to get a much more solid read on him as I get more into the game.
Orca occupies a similar spot to Polar for me in the sense that I don’t want to get rid of him on day 1 and I fully believe I’ll be able to properly sort him as he posts more (I have by far the most experience with these two).
Juliet looks pretty decent. I like their willingness to really explain their thought process and I can understand where they’re coming from in all their posts. Strong town lean here
I think that still leaves like half the game lol. I need another break from reading. I’ll read everyone else over night and provide the rest of my thoughts at the start of the next day.
I think if there’s no consensus at all, then lynching the claimed Indy is more +EV than lynching a random or an inactive and much more +EV than no lynching.
I’m most on MUUGEN as scum so far, but Kweh is also one of my stronger town reads and they believe MUUGEN is town so I’m not super gung-ho about pushing that lynch.
I’ll check back in before deadline and check the top few wagons and attempt to make a good decision at that point.
As for now, Vote Fujishiro
