Urogue being an almost-SN would have been nice. Bounty of 99M. Win against Meme's 3YC and his appearance in the end saga would have been much more striking.
Kid getting killed pre saboady or directly post TS would have been nice. Killer taking reign of the crew, appearing now an then and finally joining the fleet with little flashbacks of (a cooler) Kid.
Remove Hawkins and Drake (latter appearing first as Tobiroppo)
