Simple CE punches from 20F Sukuna did nothing to Gojo.
I guess, 1F BF will deal the same amount of damage as punch from 20F Sukuna.

For reference, you can look at Yuji's blackflash against Mahito.
Mahito was relatively fine as compared to Sukuna when he was attacked with BF by Gojo.

That means that Sukuna's Punches in 1 finger have a "number" of less than 4. Going by Math

Tbh, i don't think it's ever been confirmed that each finger holds an equal amount of Sukuna's cursed energy.

If you assume that a punch from 20F Sukuna is 20x stronger than a punch from 1F Sukuna, then the BF is probably stronger since it's raised to the power of 2.5 rather than just being multiplied by 20.

Let’s say a Grade 4 Sorceror can give a CE output of 10. Gojo’s CE output should be like 1,000,000 in that case. A million squared (not even to the power of 2.5) would be a trillion. If a regular punch from Gojo is building level, a BF punch from Gojo would be a million times building level. That might not be continent level but I’m pretty sure that scales above the Tsar Bomba. And that’s only if we assume a Grade 4 Sorceror would have a CE output of only 10. Just goes to show how crazy Black Flashes would scale up with strength

Same Todo who stomps grade 1 Curses, who need a tank "if Normal weapons would damage Curses".

Gojo's Black Flashes should be felt across the planet if Gege is actually using math instead of "I used ^2.5 to make it sound cool"

I just treat it as an amp but people on the VS Battles wiki take it very literally and use it to massively highball JJK

That wasn't a regular Gojo punch he literally amped Blue for that.

BF punch would still kill Hanami but let's not lowball Hanami that low. Gojo clearly had to amp Limitless to counter Hanami's Amplification.

The BF being a punch to the power of 2.5 is fake bullshit. For me it has always been times 2.5 since that also makes more sense im verse.
With that info, Sukuna's punch with 20F should take the win. I highly doubt that a 1F Sukuna was as strong or as fast as 20F Sukuna, something that was proven by the fact that Gojo toyed with 1F while 20F was actually engaging him in some intense CQC which means that it's safe to assume that more fingers = more overall stats too.
