Within said indy claim I dont buy his role ability. Call it similar to hime's indy claim from metal gear. His role doesn't support his claimed wincon in anyway. So he can have the best crafted legit role but it's the ability I dont buy

He did it because he didnt fully know if his role would turn good, once I confirmed it could he full claimed.
As for the later that is true, he said he can neighbor randoms or random people like him and it only works on them. Im unsure how that means he can help Azula by neighboring her for example.
