To be fair one piece isn't really a battle manga it's main plot is adventure and mystery there just happens to be fighting along the way usually unless it's their main objective the strawhats don't fight their opponents to the death they find a way to get the hell out of there

Sounds like a great chapter.

Luffy vs Kizaru and this is by far the most serious Kizaru has ever battled someone he's never used lightclones on someone before. Luffy is still not using AdvCoC so this man is still holding back.

Zoro and Lucci fighting evenly is great this is just about right with the powerscaling let me explain why.

Zoro can't neg diff Lucci like Luffy did that's why Oda has Luffy fighting Kizaru not Zoro. Sanji is yet again being saved.

Luffy > Zoro > Sanji

Balanced as all things should be.
