People always say Zoro only has high AP ,now he's fighting in base a competent close range fighter that has awakening and mastered Rokushiki.

If Zoro was using named moves or Acoc and not putting down Lucci then you have a case.

I'd argue Shanks is probably just stronger than Kaido not by much just for narrative purposes but Kaido and Luffy can go either way. BB is a wild card though but so far he appears weaker based on his performance against Law.
