Would it be 2nd mafia or fire, red one? Is it possible that this character ends up on towns side after Azula dies? Or would she get more hostile?

Like, from looks of it i'd guess he's kinda like traitor that would end up as suriviour after failing at primary wincon or something. Like, if it's just scum, why not claiming his fake role instead?
