Luffy has used everything in his arsenal bar aCoC which amplifies AP greatly while Kizaru has yet to use his Light Sword and that's just the tip of the Iceberg.

I feel like Kizaru might just be a better combatant when he fights with the named light sword.
When he uses kicks/lasers its feels like to me that he is just wasting time with his enemy. What do you think on this?
