gege simply made him too strong , so strong that even gojo said he wasnt on sukuna's level

jjk isnt as predictable as u want it to be , even i thought that gojo will make sukuna use his trump card so that the students can have it easier , but guess what
it didnt happen

i agree that 10 shadows wasnt much needed in the fight ( considering gojo himself admitted he wouldnt have beaten sukuna even if sukuna didnt use 10 S )
but the fight would have been less interesting and very repetitive with just domain expansions like in the starting
