Yeah, that's a possible interpretation, but being with the strawhats is much more important to characters like Robin Brook and Chopper than you're implying. Brook can see Laboon frequently just fine. The strawhats are still his found family. And how exactly does Nami's dream get completed before the final war? You can say "Oda will find a way" all you want, but it's actually impossible. How about a theory as to how that could work? And still I would ask, why would Luffy disband them? He's always going to want more adventures. You'll need to explain why Luffy would ever prefer to travel alone instead of with his crew to convince me.

And namis dream is to see the world with her own eyes and draw a map. I actually have a theory on this. Skypeia tells us how this could happen as Nami flew luffy up to the ark Maxim to fight god. This may very well happen on the world stage where Nami flies luffy up high in the sky atop Zeus to fight imu on his own flying death machine. This way Nami can physically see the entire world and map it while luffy fights imu giving resolution to her dream as well.
And luffy May not disband Them; but they could leave after accomplishing their dreams they all move in to fully live the life their dream gives them.

Nami makes detailed sea charts. She's not seeing all that from that high up. Also, you are aware that the earth is round, yes? You can't see the whole thing no matter how far up you go.
Again, there needs to be a reason for them to leave. They're all happy on the Sunny. Just because they acomplished their dream doesn't mean they have to quit the crew.

I'm unsure on Lilith. She's cool but she's a part of the Punk group. I don't really see them separated. I think Bonney and Stussy are really good choices. But I think it's gonna be hard adding anyone to the main crew this late into the story.

2) Stussy doesnt give a shit to the strawhats and she has 0 interactions with luffy. She will just follow Vegapunk to protect him wherever he goes
3) I dont have much idea about Lilith, but I guess she (and york) will be the only survivor btw the satellites after egg head

Depending on how it develops with Kuma's arc, I see a scenario where Bonney would rather join the SHs to go to Laugh Tale. He's hinted to be connected to the special race. As for Stussy, we don't know much about her backstory yet. I always say Oda can make whoever he wants join the crew as long as he provides proper motivation from their past.
The only chance of bonney be a strawhat is if kuma backstory is connected with nika stuff (and I think that this connection exist)
I thought stussy would have an interesting development after her revelation. But after chapter 1074, she has almost 0 focus. Unfortunately I dont have more hope of oda develop her
