Crocodile effectively killed Luffy three times but Lufffy was saved every single time.

So no actually, several antagonists have effectively killed Luffy in the past lol.

This is the reason why i think Luffy would lose in a fresh 1vs1 vs Kaido in this moment even with Gear 5

For me it the opposite i think Kaido will always lose if he go for clash of power and strength.
You just not beating luffy that way when look at the whole manga .
If Kaido smart and not do that he would win but that is not how he fights .

Well the RHPs don't have logias so Robin and Franky can fight. But Beckman is probably a lot stronger than Zoro. So it would be a stomp.

Thing is, Kizaru hasn't taken one attack so far.
He's purposefully blocking and avoiding Luffy's hits.
I really don't think he's going to be a durability or endurance monster like that, a couple good ACoC hits from Kaidou and he goes down, IMO.
