Speculations The Entire Reason Why 3 Admirals Exist is Because 1 Alone Can't Fight an Emperor

Thing is, "Emperor level" and "Admiral level" are kinda useless.
Primebeard would defeat any Admiral.
Current Cake Lover loses against any Admiral.
Other Yonko are somewhere in between those two (likely, Kaido <> Shanks >= current Blackbeard > Oldbeard > pre-TS Blackbeard; current Luffy could be anywhere from Oldbeard to Shanks level IMO).
The only thing that can be said with reliability is that Emperors and Admirals are both top tier.

there was nothing to fix - Marco v Kizaru was a stalemate on MF, Aokiji vs Jozu was a stalemate.
Kizaru was stopped and stalemated by old man drunk Ray, couldnt actually capture a single SN pre-TS, Kaido a Yonk singlehandedly caught 4 SN and had a 5th under hi wing... Lizaru was only able to run 5m with Luffy until he got KO'd then lasted another 5m and got flatlined into a pancake.
Aokiji was unable to beay Old Man Garp with trash durability alone, needed the help of 4 other YC....
Issho considered DR Zoro a threat due to an unnamed base flying slash, was being sidelined by Sabo..
Akainu couldnt put down dying sickbeard...
Greenbull was horribly negdiffed by Shanks from km away.
Ladmirals are not on the same level as Yonkos, this has been proven in cannon and non-cannon..
Film: Red even showcased the difference of putting 2 admirals on their knees to one Yonkos haki burst

one Admiral who is now FL and ranks above admirals... "fatally" i didnt see oldman sickbeard lose any step in fight, and it doesnt mean much as he was already called weak when he got stabbed by squardo,MArco, Vista and Co after all had fought the entire length of the war while Marco was also in seastone cuffs for the latter half of the arc....
& what actual haki feats has aokiji shown? Marco just 2v1 King & Queen with his sole purpose being simply to stall them til Sanji and Zoro could fight them...
King & Queen who were just recovering after 2 major losses... scabbards and Yamato who were also still recovering after fighting KAido and 100s of other players in the war - fresh character who came in and didnt want any smoke from shanks..
