nah Hakari is stronger even Yuta has admitted as much. Kenjaku is also stronger look at what he did against Yuki, Tengen and Choso..
Yuki should also be stronger or equal to Yuta.
Kashimo is also stronger than Hakari, Hakari admitted inferiority when he stated he didnt feel like he won overall and Kashimo agreed to giving him his points due to what is currently going on.
Yuta was beign matched by Ryu who got neg diffed by Sukuna.
Hakari called Uraume a monster at best Yuta=Hakari=Uraume and nothing more unless Yuta has been copying some crazier abilities since we last saw him in action.

Portrayal argument is overwhelmingly in Yuta's favour, the entire verse considers him as the Apex of the New Generation.
And Hakari is gonna be fighting for his life v. Uraume, someone who got no-diff'd by Satoru. That's his EoS matchup lol.
We haven't even seen Yuta's Domain Expansion btw, we don't even know how broken it will be because Gege weirdly drew it out as a 3 Domain clash.

2. Hakari isn't apart of JJK he hasnt been in sometime he's been expelled from the school, hence he's not a force from JJH neither was Todo or Yuki listed there and Yuki is a Special Grade while Todo was able to fight against SG.

The kid himself has Hakari being strong when his fever is burning just like Hakari he gets stronger the more time he has to charge up.

Kenjaku was about to get no diffed by Gojo until he was saved by Sukuna so hes stronger than Yuki so far and nothing more.
