I think a thread like this already exists... but that is something for the mods. About the worst theories 2 come to mind, they are small but shine like diamonds:

Kaido ate the donkey donkey df and he wanted to suicide because he was ashamed of that.

The second comes from the fact that nobody knew that you could eat two DFs at all and didn't even know if there was a method for it, but BB knows that method, implying it's something incredibly taboo and strange like cannibalism.
We also see all the village children that came to young Big Mom's birthday party and Mother Caramel her self disappear after Big Mom goes into an eating frenzy over the semla and other foods they brought, with Big Mom claiming she was so hungry she was actually delusional and not paying attention to what she ate (she even ate part of the table).
This implies she literally ate all her friends and her foster mom and inherited her fruit by doing so.

The first part is mostly a speculation, it probably involves either the yami or, more likely, BB special body. But the 2nd is absolutely true. Said this Oda will never introduce strongly something like cannibalism in OP. But like you said there is at least some ground.

I wouldn't say that ZKK is a bad theory because there were many points that made sense, especially the example of Ryuma killing a dragon. The thing is, ZKK could still happen due to the fact that Kaidou is alive, and I believe he will fight Imu-sama in the final war and defeat him, but he will be on the brink of death. Like Roger and Whitebeard, Kaidou also loves swordsmen and will want to die by the hands of one, so he will ask Zoro to do it.

5. Enels return- Enel is a fan favorite character many begged to return, but why on earth would he, he no longer has any relevance to the story and his entire goal was to get to fairy verth which was the moon, He got there mission accomplished no reason to come back
