A faction should probably have a factional kill by definition . Even a lone SK's kill would be considered "factional".

Aside from that though we might be better off going for mafia even if we suspect her first and foremost

TBF in the energy bending ability it did say there would be exceptions to what get vanilla'd
I would think a faction kill would fit here
