For Azula? I think it's Reloaded. He's been full of shit since the start, and we just let him do whatever he wants unsupervised. Zuko is a cute fake claim for Azula as well

I'm ISO'ing Flower right now to try and identify who's most likely partnered, probably Nibel off the top of my head, but I'm not too confident in that so imma go with the path of least resistance here
