Most definitely - Lucci, Saturn and Kizaru are all in play and escaping while all 3 are up and about is definitely a no. The only thing I see happening is a major player like Saturn being killed/defeated that will stop everyone in their tracks.
Edit: Once Saturn dies/gets knocked out this is how they regain control of the Pacifistas and make their getaway!
