Personally i'm not scared that Kuma dies because 1) he's already mentally dead for the most part and 2) if his old personality is stored somewhere in Egghead it can easily be restored into one of the pacifista in case Kuma's current body dies

Whether Kuma joins or not, his power will definitely be essential for the Straw Hats either to revisit previous locations for some important reason or simply to use it after they reach Laugh Tale or just before they reach it for a final showdown at Mary Geoise in order for the Straw Hats to fight Imu and somehow destroy Fishman Island like Sharley said which also likely involves blowing up the Red Line which will undoubtedly lead to the birth of All Blue and One Piece.
Could be and things seems to be pointing toward here yes, but it still feel like she doesn't fit. Not in term synergy with the group but overall as a strawhat.
First she is still a captain, even if she is alone here. Second she adds nothing in term of technicity to the crew at the moment. She is somewhat cool, don't get me wrong, but she doesn't feel like she was really thought out like a strawhat. That could change tho, maybe there is something Oda is hidding about her and maybe he is planning to really develop Bonney's character but even then this doesn't really feel right. She doesn't encompass strong value like other strawhats, but then again, it could change.
The thing is, her main objective is revenge and is near, so unless this objective changes again, I really don't see Bonney joining right now.

I did look it up before responding the first time and it refers to efficiancy with technology, not this definition you made up.
