I expect Saturn to be stupid OP. Luffy better hope Blackbeard is on the island himself and double-teams Saturn with Luffy to steal his fruit (if he is not a straight-up devil himself) because I do not see an already exhausted Luffy beating this guy.

I am very convinced what the gorosei and imu have is some kind of ancient undiluted CoC.
Whatever CoC actually is in the overall op universe description, what they have is the original.

Regular CoC users make fodders faint. Making some fodder's head explode is levels above this and I'm afraid it's just a glimpse of its true capacity.
