With 10S, yes. 15F Sukuna is only inferior to Gojo. With only pure CE reinforcement, Maki soloes with Split Soul Katana. 
100% (unrestricted by Megumi) 15F Sukuna would literally neg diff one shot Maki Ryu style.
The only reason she could catch up with him with Yuji (2 vs 1) was Megumi's restriction. The Sukuna they fought was 10%, hence 1.5 finger level lol.
And even then they couldn't do sh*t to him.
Nothing but speedreaders and trolls. The main thing 20F has over 15F is CE amount, but a 20F version he was already considered MANY TIMES over Yuta’s CE reserves. 15F will still have at least twice as much as Yuta.
Obviously, even at 15F anybody except Gojo would die when he pulls out Malevolent Shrine that’s why I said pure reinforcement only like in 215. At minimum her stats are at that level.
Are we forgetting Maki was intentionally holding back too?

And the Megumi nerf only affected his CT output not his general one, VIZ translations are shit.

Except it happened in 215 which is why I am quoting it. We have a good comparison for her physical stats and she was tangoing with 15F Sukuna, even Sukuna said she was the bigger threat and NOT easily killed.
I trust Lightning far far more than I do Lohn Lerry who gave us horrible translations like the “Gojo can use Cursed Spirit Manipulation,” “I bet I was a creepy kid” or “Rika is Yuta’s CT” and also yes it does make sense. His drop only happened when he was using his CT, and it didn’t affect Spider Web when he used it on the ground.

I never said his entire CE output, only his CT.
As stated in the manga, Sukuna's CT was restricted by 90%, so his CT was 1.5 finger level.
Once again, unrestricted 15F Sukuna would sleep-diff one shot Maki before she even can move a finger.
The same Sukuna could have ended the entire culling game in less than 5 min.
You guys never learn lol.
He only needed all his fingers for Goatjo.
Remove Gojo, and 15F Sukuna would have been strong enough to rule the current world.
