You know, i don't see many people talking about this.
Basically, Blue Grass has the Ride-Ride fruit.
So, if she were to "ride" you, she could most likely control you.
And even though she's a bit on the older side, she can still get it. Some lubricant and those lips get nice and smooth again. Not to mention her possible experience due to having been active for like decades or even a century. She probably knows some funky stuff.
So, given all that, she could potentially still get one of the Yonko or Admirals or Gorosei or whoever to ride on.
Thus, i think that Vice Admiral Blue Grass could potentially be one of the Strongest Vice Admirals with Admiral level strength depending on her potential ride, and The Ride-Ride No Mi could be a top tier fruit on the right hands like Blue Grass.
