Regardless, If Oda was going to make them final villains he would have made them appear younger. That’s why Imu is the only one who isn’t portrayed as an old dude because he actually is a final villain. Imus the ruler of the world, the gorosei are just his current subordinates he’s had others in the past.

But i still believe Mihawk is Zoro's final opponent.

I would hate if these old dudes are portrayed stronger than Old Whitebeard would be a huge spit in the face of one of odas best characters imo.

Clarification, I think Imus going to abandon the WG when the revs invade and Imu solely will align with Cross Guild and they’ll take down the revs and reconquer the world and actually be portrayed as horrible pirates that have taken over the world (like how Wano treated Kaido)
