So much for finishing the story in 5 years. I mean 5 years already felt like a way too optimistic number, but these constant tie-ins with Oda's direct involvements will leave us waiting for another decade or more. He really needs to get some assistants again, especially ones who can touch up his declining art until he fully recovers from eye surgery.

It baffles me how a guy with astigmatism can think that drawing messy, confusing backgrounds is a good idea. The earlier arcs had such clean backgrounds and straight lines. I speculate that he doesn't properly see half of what he's drawing
