Worst part is they don't even try to make these last few movies fit into even the anime's continuity like the earlier movies did or just barely fit with the manga's, they just randomly shove in a bunch of cameo characters and events that don't fit in with either timeline.

At least the first bunch of movies tried to pretend they took place in between anime arcs and you even had the anime later doing these little filler stories now and then to sort of bridge the gap like Strong World and Z did with Little East Blue and Lily Enstomach's arcs (although I admit even Strong World had an inconsistency regarding Brook's claim of what really was his first fight as a Straw Hat and Zoro's injuries and Z has some issues too) but at least they tried.

Gold, Stampede and Red are just completely detached and out of place with writing that just seems confusing. And Uta has to exist in the manga now but then what actually happened to her if the movie isn't part of the manga or the anime? Meanwhile the Shiki is probably way more important considering his monster animal plan is still part of the manga but Oda still hasn't answered if something like the events of Strong World still happened or not in the manga as far as I know.
