Nope, you stated that MF WB > Mihawk. WSM > WSS.
If you have shanks as stronger than MF WB than he is stronger than mihawk.

Well Kaidou also holds a superior title to mihawk. So kaidou > Mihawk and Luffy beat kaido, so luffy by default is > Mihawk.
