It's revealed that Saint Shanks was the Saint Rat from Sanji's flashback that caused Judge to get angry.

Saint Shanks likes watching children suffer and wanted to get Sanji in trouble.

Saturn shows Luffy a picture of Saint Shanks kicking a puppy in the balls.

Saturn: "That Saint Rat couldn't low-diff a drunk one-legged squirrel, we're just not allowed to hurt him under Imu's orders, so we've been pretending to job to Saint Shanks for years to keep him and Imu happy."

Luffy begins crying, takes off his hat, and begins pissing on it.

"Saint Shanks IS A FRAUD!" Luffy shouts into the sky, as we cut to Kizaru rolling up a fat blunt.

Xebec and his crew attack God Valley, Garp and Roger have massive problems, but Urouge as child shows up and say that he want to play little. In a amazing double spread Urouge one shot Xebec and give the credits to Roger and Garp.

Nope, you stated that MF WB > Mihawk. WSM > WSS.
If you have Saint Shanks as stronger than MF WB than he is stronger than mihawk.

Well Kaidou also holds a superior title to mihawk. So kaidou > Mihawk and Luffy beat kaido, so luffy by default is > Mihawk.

I agree with the titles argument the WSM > WSS (however WB also stated he's no longer the strongest) therefore we can agree there were others present above WB within MF.

I've stated this before in another thread there's only 2 routes with Mihawk either :

1. You believe he's truly The Strongest and stands above all swordsman (Saint Shanks included) also backed by statements in the manga and third party sources (multiple sources) that have him #1.
2. He's a liar and a poser, which not only invalidates Mihawk but also invalidates Zoro's dream (which in itself invalidates Oda)

If you ask me the smart bet is #1.

That's not how titles work, until proven false. Titles reign supreme, WB title was proven false by multiple people in MF who stated he's no longer the strongest and himself included.
