Here's a fun one the anime did of Nami's reaction to meeting some of her fans.
Usopp strikes me as the type who would love to have lots of fans just to brag about his exploits.
Luffy would only love having fans if they offer him meat or make him laugh.
Brook already had loads of fans as Soul King so he's probably used to them by now.

Depends on the character. Ussop, Chopper, Franky, and Brook would probably love their fans. Sanji probably loves the female fans and smacks the male fans out of the way to make room for them. Jinbei and Robin probably wouldn't care, but would be polite. Nami would extort her fans for money. Luffy and Zoro would probably be annoyed by the worship. Luffy probably tells his fans to get lost, while Zoro slices his to pieces for slandering his captain.
Luffy - either happy or indifferent. Will ask if you poop.
Zoro - would share a drink with most of his fanbase. Ignore the Mall Samurai though.
Nami - umm... Would need to use Zeus on 99% of them
Sanji - would cook for the hungry ones. Otherwise ignore the men and simp for the ladies.
