I'm actually surprised to see Oda hand Ulti a proper Dino fruit. I honestly didn't expect any of them females to have proper Zoans. The Yamato Luffy plotline could be interesting but it seems kinda late to introduce it now when Oda should be tying up the already existing plotlines.

Honestly I could dig it. Not sure who his mother is, but if they imprisoned Toki and forced her to raise Yamato, its possible that is why he is brought up this way. OR Toki is just alive and hiding on Onigashima (and Yamato goes to visit her)

That's adorable. Considering Ulti's power, her first natural instinct is headbutt any threat she sees.
But it looks like she has too much skull and not enough brain in there, so she forgot to transform first.

Oh yea, a Zoan turning a pretty girl like Ulti into a monster as it should. Wonderful. Her Beast form is a standard Pachy with flowing hair and the mask. Surprisingly still cute, for dino anyway.

That "Hybrid" form we saw in the first spoiler may have not been a hybrid form at all. Ulti didn't do anything in that form. She didn't headbutt Luffy, she wasn't clubbed by Yamato. I don't think she cycled through that form just to quickly show it off. Most likely that was just an in-between transition stage. It would be like thinking these are Queen's hybrid forms:

It would be such an Oda move to hide Ulti's Hybrid form until the battle she's finally going all out. So yes, Ulti took a clubbing, but it wasn't full strength Ulti anyway! So she could come back stronger than she's shown here. The Jack formula.

I hope Ulti manages to shake off the hit at least, otherwise Oda is giving the alliance a very powerful ally.

It's really hard to tell much beneath the Oden inspired clothes and that mask. Even the horns and hair could all be fake. At the very least, his figure looks rather normal for an adult and not disfigured in a monstrous or goofy way. He could be be grown man, but by Kaido's standards maybe that's a developing child.
So far, Yamato looks smaller than Jinbe. No problems fitting in the Sunny if that's his destination.

Since WCI i hate any single storyline that involves Luffy. I can't suffer him anymore, he is everywhere doing everything (most of the time some boring thing) leaving nothing to the crew.
I don't care who this Yamato is in Oda's mind and what are his motives, it would have been far better if any other member of the alliance met him even if that would mean Oda changing completely his plan on him.

i find it quite interesting that you take the direct other part of the thought. I like your idea.

my idea so far was Yamato being the son of Oden and Toki, born after Odens Death. Kaido raised him as his son, so nobody expect it. But Yamato grew as Odens son, similar taste, similar character, but well trained by kaido.

so kaido sees him as his son, but he has the genetics of Oden, and raised him as son, cause of respect to Oden and his strength. And also as a way to get the strength of Oden into his crew.

and that brings us to the big announcement of kaido. Following that thought, Kaido could reveal exactly that and make Yamato the shogun of Wano, as legitimate follow up to Oden. Also he offers Orochi to the scabbards, or even kills him by himself.

that’s my thought so far. Much holes and a lot to think about, but came to it a few minutes ago, so give me time to build something around it.

There's a theory going around that Yamato was like Momo's age during the Oden execution and was inspired by Oden's death to be like him. Like he was there during the execution

Hence why he has oden's clothes style and chains on his arms

Then Kaido got jealous as fuck and now also wants a flashy death coz oden cucked him with his own son.

This here is by far the best thing to have come out of that horrendous flashback if true. Oda don't disappoint me again
