When Oda was asked his entire reasoning for why people who hated each other had sexual relations was "Dressrosa is a land of passion" and I don't know about you but rape isn't considered a passionate act in the way Oda means here. Dressrosa is modeled after Telenovelas with the whole Spanish themes and stuff and in Telenovelas, things like Stockholm syndrome aren't even a thing. Plot lines like a Kidnapee falling in love with the kidnapper are basically a cliché. Shit like rivals banging it out because they hate each is like every other season.
It's just telenovela cliché plot lines. Of course now we know stockholms syndrome is a thing and it's bad but this cliché still stands in love stories or not even in love stories. And it's not called rape even then. Like belle in beauty and the beast isn't considered a rape victim coz she slept with the beast and Sarah Connor in terminator isn't considered a rape victim coz she also slept with her kidnapper

I mean she was calling doffy a pet name and Doffy was calling her that too. If he used his strings to actually force her body to do stuff without her mind's consent then they wouldn't have pet names for each other.
Like Of course Oda cut this entirely from the direct manga because such questions would and rise and he would've had to do way too much in the story to answer them so he just hinted at it and cut the rest.
To me as am avid consumer of Telenovelas for a time basically got the gist of it pretty fast after Oda explained it. If you aren't used to such stories and like for example watch stuff like Game of thrones more then you will most likely skew to more nefarious things than Oda intended
As it stands Rape is too much for Oda to tackle. Violence is treated very differently from Sex in ALL media and cultures so saying there's violence in one piece doesn't mean Oda wants to tackle sex too

I want to believe you, but there's a thing called Big Mom mass reproducing with every member of the animal kingdom and I simply can't imagine anyone or anything wilfully doing anything with her, other than in her Rocks days.

Ever saw Gold diggers or female Instagram-models on expensive boats? Thats the same Thing vice versa what happens with Big Mum. Sure they wont take her attractively, but her power, her influence and being part of the Family is more than enough to most People into everything, without any Kind of rape.
