It just raises too many questions and implies weird possibilities.

Why would he be faking it now? Why after exhausting Luffy if he didn't want to fight he could have tried talking, which he never did.

If Kizaru is faking it, is Luffy faking it too? Did they have a secret York-seraphim style meeting where they discussed to fake it and take Saturn by surprise?

Why would Oda go that far?

If Kizaru is faking his intentions, it would be a big surprise honestly. I mean character-wise more than anything.

He did say he did not want to kill Vegapunk, but in a sense he doesn't but he had to.

Luffy isnt faking it that's for sure. Kizaru would be faking it now because this is a critical moment where he can clearly kill everyone as there are no excusas to prevent it.
He also had been goofing around too much and never killed VP.

Lastly his paralized state is rather confusing as he's conscious and has his hand on his head - so he can move indeed a bit at least.

Your post doesn't make any sense at all and some assertions are completely wrong.

Please explain in a different way the argument I quoted from your post. He risked getting knocked out for the sake of what exactly? What do you mean "because it's a critical moment"? Brain injury is critical, but how does that help him?

Critical moment as in Luffy not being able to protect people at this moment. If Kizaru was up right now, he would have no excuse not to kill VP and everyone else.

My apologies for not presenting the coping argument properly!

So you mean it's critical for Luffy.
He would have tried to talk with Luffy if his goal was not to kill VegaPunk all along.
