So both AdCoC and AdCoA are infused in the blades and only Black Lightning AdCoC is coming out..

You can tell the direction Oda is going with Sanji, he's a science warrior he relies on Science for buffs not haki, there'd be no need for Sanji to have CoC, from a narrative stand-point what would it accomplish besides Sanji-fans stroking egos.

Sanji along with luffy and zoro were the only strawhats capable of using haki post timeskip

The only reason he can use ifrit jambe is him using his haki + exoskeleton
