General & Others Onepiece without Zoro

If Zoro was actually Kuina and said the same things and does the same thing as Zoro. Her popularity would of top Luffy because the power of simps and being the badass.hahaha

You brought me to thinking and the result is... literally nothing of the plot would have been changed. You would just skip Mihawk with it and thats it. Guess he would be the strawhat which can be erased from the story most easily.

One can argue that One Piece won't change much without Zoro around.

But here is the undeniable fact: One Piece is really different if there is no Luffy around. For the better, that's it.
No more spamming "I am Monkey D. Luffy, the man who will become Pirate King" trash like a broken record
No more bullshit like "are you having fun, Kaido?"
No more dragged fight because Luffy with his trash AP can't finish his opponent quick. It is very boring, everyone else even weakass Sanji already completed his fight like 15 chapters ago, and here we go with Luffy's fight, still going back and forth, dragging to no end.
No more sitting duck who kept being saved by gladiators, Zoro, or Franky
No more prophecy devil fruit, as opposed to what had been stated since chapter 1, actually Gomu Gomu is Mythical Zoan cuz why not

If there was no Luffy around, One Piece would have kept its throne as number 1 manga in yearly sales.
Damn.. the missunderstanding of One Piece hits hard sometimes.

Don't you understand that One Piece is Luffy and Luffy One Piece ? Without Luffy there is no One Piece, not because he is a good character, but because every single thread of the storytelling in One Piece are related for far or away to Luffy. Cutting Luffy from One Piece would be like doing that:

No way u believe this. There is lot of characters that better than luffy in OP. Without him op could be way better. That clown is cringe and annoying af.

Luffy is the centerpiece of One Piece, he is the reason why the world of One Piece is as it is. Narratively and thematically, One Piece is not One Piece without Luffy, its at best a spin off.

To recreate something as special as One Piece with another character of One Piece you would need to rewrite not only One Piece but entire storylines and story arc. You would also need to redesign characters, reimagine the world.

You would be better off writing your own story. Trust me.

Zoro can be replaced by Kuina
Oda is physically incapable of writing a female character the way he writes zoro

For example Oda wouldn’t let a woman get sliced through by Mihawk

it’s hilarious how you guys are forgetting that it’s not an accident that Oda writes women the way he does and that the reason there are no women written the way the male characters are is by design

if Oda in 1997 were to try and replace the plot lines for Zoro with A female character, THE ENTIRE STORY would fall apart, it would literally be worse than if oda just deleted Zoro from the story

Well that why Oda is an old traditional manga creator who is plainly sexist.
Really nothing changes if Zoro becomes a woman because his personality is soo one dimeonsial.

Digimon is a story of Taichi and Yamato.
Naruto is a story of Naruto and Sasuke.
Hunter x hunter is a story of Gon and Killua.

One Piece is a story of Luffy and Zoro.
@RoronoaZorro
This is not true. Sasuke and Killua have dedicated arcs which Zoro does not so removing them removes the actual storylines unlike Zoro

also Sasuke and killua affect Naruto and gon as characters and actually influence their character development… Zoro does not have any such effect on Luffy as a character… the entire thing between Zoro and Luffy is that they are VERY SIMILAR and the ways they differ don’t matter because Luffy is Zoro’s boss so nothing Zoro disagrees with matters outside of luffy’s own agency and authority over him

the one and only time Luffy and Zoro meaningful disagreed was the Usopp situation regarding usopp apologizing but then again nothing came of it, Usopp did apologize and there was no further exploration of this disagreement… compare this to Naruto and Sasuke’s disagreements in the Naruto part 1 and how their conflict literally reshaped the entire story around them

Think again. @m0nst3Rx is talking about Zoro, not Mr. Plan B aka Red Head Jobber.
Without Red Head Jobber we still have Yellow Head Jobber so nothing basically changed, but without Zoro OP wouldn't come close to Top 20 manga.

Zoro could be replaced. But then you would to put Rayleigh, Wyper, Law, Gin, King, Katakuri or Whitebeard in the crew. Strong, silent, resilient, determined put it all on the line for the crew/his captains dream. That sort of guy.

Kyros, Paulie, Kohza are other examples but they fall a bit short. Look back at when Zoro met up with Luffy in Wano. Its no coincidence Luffy jumped of joy. Zoro is his #1 and nothing or nobody can change that. If Zoro died he can't be replaced, its like Whitebeard could never replace Oden even with Marco and the rest. Not until he found Ace 20+ years later.

That's actually not true, but I think you will understand that at the end of the story. I might be wrong tho.
A person very devoted to protecting Luffy with the goal of becoming the WSS.
That's basically Zoro in a nutshell, really nothing changes if Zoro was female in a fantasy manga.

I already told you something that changes if Zoro is a woman. Zoro’s fights change. There is no world in which Mihawk would be written to cut through a woman by Eiichiro Oda.

all the brutality that people enjoyed about early Zoro fights (which no longer exists in the current story) would be gone. Mr. 1 wouldn’t mangle female Zoro up with his blades. The entire Nothing happened wouldn’t happen.

Oda is incapable of drawing women getting fucked up on the level that men get fucked up (unless it’s ugly-ass Big mom)

Zoro’s personality you can say can be transferred to a woman but not his actual storylines. Too many of Zoro’s stories are about him getting fucked up physically and Oda isn’t doing that to no woman
