Sanji only used 3 basic kicks, people forget that Raid Suit doesn't add strength. Sanji's basic kicks in RS are = to Base Sanji basic kicks

Plus, I'm pretty sure P1 and Ulti aren't down... They will probably get up fine next chapter

Not at all! Ulti didn't get one-shotted by Luffy. Ulti got one-shotted from Yamato, that too from a sneak attack.

Page1 got hit from Luffy and was no longer on panel.

It's simple:

1. Who had full-scale clash with Luffy? Ulti
2. Who took hits and wasn't on panel? Page1
3. Who pinned down Luffy? Ulti

Again, I am not saying that this is a definitive proof of Ulti being stronger than Page1. But as it stands, Ulti gets my benefit of doubt.
