Luffy's going to want to protect Vegapunk yea but it's gonna be a Katakuri situation where Kizaru will give him no choice
It depends on Zoro beating Lucci by the time the both get up, he's far from the fight below right now so he will put his focus on what's in front of him
That goes for anyone else up top in punk records, they're focused on preparing the escape route and even then it would take too long to reach down where Saturn is at

Hmm that would be interesting, I've seen some people speculate about Kidd and Blackbeard teaming up against Shanks but Law teaming up with Shanks to go after BB? VERY interesting1 And thus as you said, we could get an actual Law vs Kidd fight, which would be DOPE but I already know Oda is gonna make Law the victor in that one given his overwhelming biases with Law and Shanks lol.
Kidd and Blackbeard winning would be so hype, dark and catharthic though, finally humble some people who desperately need humility in the fandom too. Although it would amplify hate towards both of those characters especially IMMENSELY beyond what he gets already too but it would also hype him up and gain him some new fans too, ironically lol.
Aye, Oda could do this too, to make Luffy vs Kidd happen as well. I feel since Kidd hates Buggy so much too, that hes gonna setup some kind of fight between Kidd and Buggy, id love to see how their DFs compare against each other and we could get Killer vs Crocodile which would be AWESOME! I purposely missed out Mihawk there, as I'm not sure how Kidd and co would even stand a chance with Mihawk there, as I also wank Mihawk to the heavens too and aint no way Killer is taking on Mihawk solo too either lmfao. Theres so many interesting angles going on and possibilities being setup here, that I really hope Oda hasnt stacked his Jenga tower too high or something like that, thats hes not been too ambitious for his own good and he can somehow create a satisfying battle royale as he said he wants to for the final saga (we've already seen some of it so far of course) and thus the great throne wars Doflamingo said would happen too. After Wano I'm not so hopeful especially but we'll see, I'll try to be optimistic but too too optimistic ofc lol.

Kidd going after Luffy after all i said could emulate Roger vs Shiki imo.Even their devil fruits are similar.Maybe Oda could make Kidd go around recruiting veterans and former Yonko crew members to have a final shot at Luffy for his PK title.That could be how Oda makes Kidd relevant.His epithet is "Captain" after all.

Seriously though, that would be raw and awesome, especially if he makes another king of hell reference, maybe something about the king of hell, vs the king of the jungle and he knocks out Lucci with a AdvCoC strike or even sears him with his flames too.
Zoro did those blue flames vs Ryuuma somehow too and I'd love those to return somewhow, whatever the hell they were too lol.

Oh yes absolutely! I've always likened Kidd to Shiki so that is absolutely perfect! Oda deadass would have Kidd confronting Luffy like Shiki did to Roger, with the biggest fleet ever even and have at least half the fleet wiped out by a freak storm (probably caused by Nami this time and maybe Luffys CoC though, if not Uranus depending what it is or just a freak storm by "luck/fate" too).
YES! I so badly wanted Law and Kidd to gain new members for their crew! Some BM pirates could have defected and joined Law imo, some of the Beast Pirates could have defected and gone to Kidd or even a mix of members from both crews going to theirs.
Yeah exactly man! I am loving all this respect, knowledge and understanding for Kidd, thank you! It's extremely refreshing to see it on here, especially outside of the Kidd FC ofc! As rare and refreshering as water/oasises in the desert LOL!
I would love that so much, I may have to generate a fanfic of Kidd doing exactly that now lmao. Tbh I feel Law would be an amazing fit with the Revolutionaries and they lack a powerful swordsman unless Fujitora turns out to be one or allies with them lmao.
