I’m currently listening to this audiobook by Israeli historian Ilan Pappe on the ethnic cleansing of Palestine.

His work is really informative and I’d really recommend it, especially for people who have only been exposed to the western narrative on Israel.

He's not completely wrong. The Zionist settlers were notorious for their terrorist campaigns against Arab civilians and British soldiers. Look up groups like Haganah who used bombings to force the British out of the area so they could ethnically cleanse the Arabs and build the foundations for their state. Very disturbing.
