I always prefered Lore Piece over any other aspect of the manga
Having said that, I'd have liked more concrete stuff on Devil Fruits and not the usual non comitted answer Oda gives. But this Kuma stuff more than makes up for it.
And the Gorosei stuff is proving to be great so far as well. I wonder what their age will end up being.
