Character Discussion The truth about Greencow of the white blade

Like with the other Admirals his introduction emphasized his df power
Even because that is the only thing that can be hyped, at least until we get these "strong punch" and "top defence" stuff in the last chapters about Aokiji and Kizaru.

Also black blades are not secondary stuff, or at least I hope Oda thinks so lol, imo Oda for sure would have spent a word to explain at least that that was a black sword (King, Queen, a scabbard or some fodder be surprised at the sword).

Tbf Whitebeards weapon also is special and I don't remember anyone saying sth about it

King vs Green Bull could have gone either way. In fact I don't see why King couldn't win at full health, I'm actually leaning towards King in a 1 vs 1. He has haxx, flight, decent DF, swordsmanship, hand to hand combat, experience and his magma would 100 % burn through the "flame proof" forest no matter what GB claims. And I'm far from impressed by Green Bull vs injured Beasts, Momonosuke + gang or Shanks.

Queen, Babanuki and the rest could serve as back ups. They'd only be in the way if they tried to fight head on but they could fire at Green Bull from distance providing King with an opening. We've seen Flampe, Mr Go and Gyukimaru show that in an even fight a moments distraction is enough for a fatal strike.

Enough time to let Kizaru comment on Marco df and the Admirals when Luffy used conquerors haki
:milaugh:
The introduction of mythical zoans needed an explanation, anyway you can run around the point how much you want, if GB really had a black blade somebody would have said something in those 2 chapters almost entirely dedicated to him.

Fodder :so when are you gonna pull out your sword?
Aramaki :pull out? I just want to look more dangerous and follow my colleague Fujitora

Again, is Oda stupid enough in your eyes to paint a balde dark four times in the manga and be wrong four times, big time presentation included?
I guess Oda is Stupid enough to make Queen Hair coloured Black even tho he was Blonde while Sanji is white when he is blonde, Plus if Aramaki does have a black blade, Scabbards would recognize and surprised since Ryuma is the only one who had Black Blade that they knew of and they would highlighted it But nope they didn't.

More than a black/white thing is either he was using haki but the haki can pass through thanks to his ability or the most probable is that the sheath is black

Aramaki's swordsman inspiration have it btw

About the anime coloring, I think changing to white is much more a conscious choice than keeping it black, if it's a error it's a voluntary one.

I still think it's weird why the blade is so dark in the manga panel, could go either way.

S-Hawk yoru copy isn't painted like Greenbul blade
