Yes they will have round 2 . But Im not agreed with kizaru throwing the fight. He thinked in his head this is bad ! WHen he got hit by white star gun . Could be because of the stars effects but For now kizaru is obviously not all out because luffy is not his objective so it is realy possible that kizaru will ask saturn if he can let him deal with vegapunk and make luffy his objective.
Now we will see him going all out use awakening and etc .Because if Kizaru a logia admiral know for his DF is not awokened ? But Kid , Law, Lucci Kaku katakuri and freaking doflamingo and some random impeldown guards are awokened ? Oda will have some explaning to do !

But yes this feel a lot like DOffy vs luffy round 1 where luffy ended with Leo bazooka before running out of haki and was protected from him for 10 minutes when doffy recovered for finally fight him again .

There is no point to this considering Saturn is in action now. If he didn't come down, there might have been a chance since both are temporarily down.

What is probably going to happen is Kuma rejuvenating Luffy leading to Saturn fight. Either that, or Luffy won't fight anyone and the SHs escape

That’s why I hate those born after the year 2000 because their mentality is just so unbearable to deal with, they’re all pampered and have never suffered/struggled in their whole lives. So stfu

The only thing that Oda cares about is story progression, he doesn’t need to prove that Luffy can 1 vs 1 an Admiral and neither do I, like I literally do not give a damn if Kizaru is stronger than Luffy or vice versa. I just wanna see Kuma having a good ending of him seeing and fighting alongside his hero Nika. That’s all what I care about; the emotional pay off to this arc

Its mentioned twice that Bonney was dancing to Nika's heartbeat.

Now. Does it make any sense at all for Luffy to free Bonney by beating Kizaru? Someone she gives no rats ass about? Or to defeat the man that killed her father?


Of course. It also makes 0 sense for Kuma to solo Saturn given the gorosei hype.

you guys forgetting KIzaru will get up and he is the body guard of saturn so lufy have no choice but to beat him to get saturn except if sanji feel like getting destroyed by Kizaru and try stall kizaru who will probably be serious now after luffy got him good like that .
Meanwhile zoro vs lucci look at my pictures for that ;)

Whats the point of the big robot ? Also Kizaru not being knock out is a proof oda will use him again will he betray saturn ? Maybe but for now Oda made it clear that kizaru was not focusing on luffy so making him actually focus him would be great we also do not need to defeat the gorosei this arc Oda can showcase the strenght of them but we manege to escape after taking out kizaru maybe its hard to tell what will happen but Kizaru vs luffy feel unfinished . Now Bonney is in danger and kuma is on the way I think its better for kuma to save his daughter then luffy . IM not talking about ebating saturn I realy doubt he lose this arc.

Meaning Kizaru is not performing as expected of him which is because he has been holding himself back. It's abundantly clear that kizaru threw the fight because his heart was never in it, he never truly wanted to succeed in his mission. Kizaru letting himself get hit gives him an excuse as to why he is unable to kill vegapunk, without making it look like hes going against Saturn and the government. Oda was setting up this plotline from the start with the flashbacks of Kizaru, Sentomaru and Vegapunk. Having Luffy and kizaru out of commission allows for Oda to focus on saturn and the other things going on in egghead. It also allows vegapunk to be able to escape.

Once vegapunk is gone, Kizaru and Luffy will get up at the same time and Round 2 will commence. Kizaru will say something along the lines of "I may have failed my mission, but i shall make up for it by defeating Strawhat". This time there will be nothing holding Kizaru back, he doesnt have to think about vegapunk, it will be a proper fight this time where the focus is defeating his opponent. Kizaru will use haki this time and show his awakening, mark my words, Luffy will be defeated
