When Kaido first joined at 15 I expect him to have been a prodigy like Dellinger, a bit below the top commanders.

At God Valley he was 21 so he should be growing very fast like Ace or Sabo but probably too wet behind the ears compared to the strongest most experienced guys. Potential obviously there to reach the very top.

In a crew like Rocks I doubt he was #4 yet with Xebec, WB, Shiki and BM there and in their/close to their primes but he was perhaps already #5 ahead of Ochoku and Captain John.
