You are right. Peak is +/- from age 40-60 for most characters.

Shanks, BB, Mihawk all in their early primes now at ≈ 40.

Akainu, Dragon, Kaido 55-59 at their late primes, yet to slow down but won't progress either except for haki bloom due to extreme diff.

WB was very close to entering his prime, Roger and Garp might just have entered theirs. Kaido far off.
